The ultimate in heated relaxation, Lava Shell Massage combines traditional massage techniques with the therapeutic power of heat. Polished, natural Tiger Clam shells from the Philippines bring relief to tense muscles and sore joints. Since these shells are self-heated, your therapist doesn’t have to stop treatment to get a hot stone.
Clients who have experienced our Lava Shell treatment love the smoothness and lightness of the shells, and the weight of the shells on the back really relaxes tense shoulders and lower back.
Visit Serendipity Wellness Studio, located in Burke VA, to experience the soothing relaxation this technique has to offer.
Best for: Clients who love heat, run cold, or hold tension that melts better with warmth than with pressure alone.
Helps with: Tight, guarded muscles, that chilled-and-stiff feeling, and wanting deep comfort without aggressive work.
