By breathing in a continuous, connected rhythm, without pause between inhale and exhale, we quiet the conscious mind and invite the subconscious to surface what needs tending. The result is a profound letting go: a reset of the nervous system that supports your body's innate capacity to restore balance, ease and wholeness.

CCB works beautifully alongside massage and somatic therapies, deepening the release your body has already begun.
You don't need any prior experience, just a willingness to breathe and be guided.
