As temperatures heat up and you spend more time outdoors, it’s critical to take the steps necessary to remain hydrated.
It’s easy enough to say that you’ll drink enough water to fight off dehydration, but this is often easier said than done.
Here are some fun tips that will allow you to do so:
• Eat fresh fruit, as it’s a top source of fluids (and it tastes great)
• Add lime or lemons to your water for an extra kick of flavor
• Learn how to make non-alcoholic drinks, such as pina coladas and daiquiris
Don’t fall into the trap of assuming that you don’t need to stay hydrated. And along with this, don’t tell yourself that drinking water is the only way to do so.
With the fun tips above, you’ll find it easier to stay hydrated this spring and summer. By doing so, you’ll look and feel your best — and there’s nothing better than that!
