What Happens When You Don’t Get Enough Sleep?

Sleep deprivation is a major concern among many people. It doesn’t matter if you’re losing out on sleep as the result of a health ailment or you simply don’t have time in your schedule, the end result can be devastating.


Here are just a few of the many effects it can have on your mental and physical health, as well as your life as a whole:
