We are located at 5252 Lyngate Court Suite 202. 

 

This is a 2 story building in the Burke Professional Center. 

 

Please enter in the front of the building through the main entrance.  We share an entrance with some other businesses. 

 

Please park in the parking spots designated "Patient Parking" and come in through the double glass doors at the main entrance in the front of the building.  Please don't get confused by parking lot signage that may direct you to the back of the building.  Once inside the foyer, come up the stairs.  We are the only door at the top of the stairs.  There is an elevator available, if you need one.  Please let us know ahead of time and you can come in through our rear entrance.

Stretch Studio / Annex Studio / Breathe & Detox Suite--  5292 Lyngate Ct. 

We now have a 2nd annex studio located at 5292 Lyngate Court.  It is in the attached building that sits directly behind our main studio space.  Drive around to the back of the building and look for 5292.  This studio is on the ground floor and you can park directly in front of the annex space. All Mobility Stretch classes are held here and all Sauna / Breathe&Detox Suite services are here.  If your appointment will be here, you will receive a text message indicating that. ​
