If you believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it’s critical that you choose the right selection of food. There’s a big difference between eating breakfast and eating a healthy breakfast.

Breakfast gives you the energy you need to start your day right. Not only that, but it helps you reach peak performance sooner rather than later. With that in mind, here’s a list of the best energy boosting breakfast foods.
